When Gloria invited Darlene Jackson to the show to talk about the Children’s Department at the Niles District Library she was unaware that Darlene had a birthday surprise planned with dear friends of Gloria’s arriving to share stories about how they met Gloria and things they have experienced together. Surprise guests included Dan Stenberg, Lisa Croteau, Sally Ginter and Nancy Studebaker.
