Berrien County Sheriff Paul Bailey is joined by John Miller, Tribal Chairman for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians to talk about the Four Winds Casino and the positive changes in our area because of the casino and the many jobs created. The new compact that will help with the distribution of funds to local communities and allow for possible smaller casinos to be built in Dowagiac and Hartford is explained by Miller.
